Job Description
What We're Looking For At R&B Services, integrity and attention to details are just as important as technical ability. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping customers, and wants to be part of a team that supports one another and takes care of our customers.
Qualifications:
3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical issues. EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required. Ability to read wiring diagrams, installation manuals, and manufacturer specifications. Experience servicing heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, mini-splits, package units, and standard residential HVAC equipment. Comfortable using digital gauges, electrical meters, vacuum pumps, recovery machines, and other industry tools. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain repair options clearly and honestly to homeowners. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while being a team player. Professional, clean appearance with a positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to safely operate a company vehicle. Ability to climb ladders, work in attics and crawlspaces, and perform the physical demands of the job. Ability to use company software. What Sets You Apart NATE Certification or additional HVAC certifications. Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software.
