Apartment Maintenance Technician Requirements:

Previous experience in residential maintenance - apartments, hotels, or private homes Must have HVAC experience.

HVAC/EPA/CPO

Certification is required . Ability to handle physical workload. Reliable transportation. Deadline and detail-oriented Must have personal hand tools and dri ll. Knowledge in HVAC | Electrical | Plumbing | Drywall | Painting | Appliance installation

Repairs Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:

Regularly inspect all apartment units, buildings, and common areas Successfully complete apartment turns & work orders Diagnose and solve maintenance issues in apartment homes, building exteriors and common areas ranging from plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, HVAC, and appliances.
