Install and replace HVAC equipment as needed. Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components. Read and interpret wiring diagrams and manufacturer specifications. Communicate repair options and recommendations with customers. Complete service tickets accurately and professionally. Participate in the on-call rotation. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience preferred. EPA Certification (Required). Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Experience servicing heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioners, and package units. Ability to read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Schedule Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts Overtime available On-call rotation Weekend work as needed Education High school diploma or GED preferred.
