  • 30.00/hour base, plus commission
  • most installers in this role earn $70,000
  • 100,000 annually
Schedule:
7:00 AM-5:00 PM About the Role Adams Services Co. is looking for an Experienced Residential HVAC Installer ready to step into a leadership role on our installation crews. You'll run point on residential and light commercial installs, keep jobs moving efficiently, and coach less experienced techs along the way
  • all while making sure every customer walks away satisfied.
What You'll Be Doing Directing the crew on-site and training up installation helpers Documenting jobs daily in ServiceTitan Handling system startups and diagnosing issues on the spot Running and testing gas lines Brazing joints and pressure-testing line sets Running sheet metal and flex ductwork Handling retrofit and changeout installs for homes and light commercial buildings Keeping communication with customers clear and professional Installing HVAC systems on new construction projects What We're Looking For Current EPA Universal Certification Valid driver's license and a clean-enough record to be insurable Experience supervising or leading an install crew At least 4 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience High school diploma or GED Solid working knowledge of ductwork sizing, insulation, and sealing Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance Benefits Package (starts after 90 days) 401(k) with a 3% employer match 40 hours of PTO that accrues over time Medical, dental, and vision coverage, with the company covering half the employee premium Uniforms provided by the company 2 paid sick days A full paid week off around Christmas or Thanksgiving Optional supplemental insurance plans 6 paid holidays each year More Reasons to Apply A close-knit team environment with real room to grow into bigger roles Break room stocked with snacks, drinks, and full kitchen access We cover the cost of NATE certification training and Bryant Dealer training Ongoing hands-on training sessions held monthly at our shop
