Overview What You'll Do:

Perform routine apartment maintenance, including drywall repair, carpentry, appliance repair, and more Plan and execute apartment turnovers, including scheduling and coordinating with vendors Maintain HVAC systems (certification preferred) Assist with general property upkeep to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive environment Collaborate with property management, leasing, and fellow maintenance team members to meet property goals Adapt to a variety of tasks—no two days in property management are the same

Skills and Experience What We're Looking For:
