Commercial HVAC Service Technician Based in Central or Northeast, AR, Serving Clients Across Arkansas Here We Grow Again! Williams Mechanical has been proudly serving Arkansas since 1985 — and we're growing again! We're seeking an experienced, reliable, highly skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. If you're ready to work with the best in the business, on some of the most advanced systems in the state, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do This role covers a wide variety of commercial and industrial systems. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Service, repair and replacement of Chillers, Boilers, AHUs and Computer Room Units Troubleshooting and servicing DDC Controls and commercial package units Working with top brands like Trane, York, Carrier, McQuay, Liebert, Hussman, Frick, Kramer, Russell, Manitowoc, Scotsman, Hoshizaki and Computrols Providing expert service to clients with professionalism and technical confidence What We're Looking For 5 to 10 years of commercial HVAC experience required Strong technical knowledge of complex mechanical systems Clean driving record and valid license Strong work ethic, reliability and customer-first attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Company truck, tools, and refrigeration equipment Laptop, gas card and company credit card Uniforms provided Family healthcare package Vacation + holiday pay 401(k) retirement plan Family-oriented work environment where you're valued and respected Why Williams Mechanical?
