Our client is a leading manufacturer of innovative air management and energy-efficient HVAC solutions for commercial, industrial, healthcare, and mission-critical facilities. They are seeking motivated and dependable HVAC Assembly Technicians to join their growing manufacturing team.
As an HVAC Assembly Technician, you will build commercial HVAC units from start to finish using hand and power tools, assembly drawings, and work instructions. This is not a traditional assembly-line position. Instead, you will work as part of a collaborative team assembling large, custom air-handling equipment designed to meet customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble commercial HVAC units using hand and power tools.
Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
Install mechanical components, hardware, insulation, panels, coils, fans, and other HVAC system parts.
Verify components are installed accurately and meet quality standards.
Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Assist with other manufacturing duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, mechanical, or HVAC experience is preferred but not required.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to read measuring devices and follow detailed work instructions.
Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
Ability to safely lift and move materials as needed.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.
Ability to wear all required PPE.
