Twin Lake Air is looking for residential HVAC Service & Maintenance Technicians to join our team! You will install, service, diagnose, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to emergency maintenance requests Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Communicate professionally with customers

Qualifications:

Previous experience in HVAC (preferred) or other related fields Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills EPA certification is preferred Own tools used in the service of HVAC equipment is highly recommended. Ability to operate power and hand tools safely. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Valid driver's license. Must pass background check. Authorized to work in United States - NATE certification a plus. Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Climb ladders. Work outdoors in hot and cold temperatures. Operate service vehicles (will be provided upon demonstration of ability to work independently).
