Role:
As an HVAC Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential properties. You will be responsible for ensuring that HVAC units are installed correctly and operating efficiently to meet the comfort needs of our customers. If you have a passion for the HVAC trade, strong technical skills, and a commitment to delivering excellence, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork in residential properties. Conduct site inspections and measurements to determine appropriate HVAC system placement. Install and connect refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and ventilation systems. Perform load calculations to determine the appropriate size and capacity of HVAC units. Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements. Comply with all safety protocols and HVAC codes and regulations. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of installations and projects. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Installer in a residential setting. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques. Proficient in interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. EPA certification is preferred.
