Job Summary We are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to install, service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer service. What You'll Do Install, start up, test, and commission commercial HVAC systems, including VRF, air handlers, RTUs, heat pumps, chillers, cooling towers, and ductwork Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and equipment servicing Diagnose and repair HVAC/R system issues using appropriate diagnostic tools Repair or replace components including compressors, motors, valves, thermostats, controls, and other equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and equipment documentation Communicate professionally with customers regarding service issues, repairs, and recommendations Complete service reports, startup documentation, maintenance logs, and job sheets accurately Maintain compliance with EPA refrigerant regulations, applicable codes, and company safety requirements Identify jobsite hazards, use required PPE, and maintain a clean and organized work area What We're Looking For HVAC training program completion or equivalent hands-on experience EPA 608 certification required 2+ years of HVAC service and repair experience preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to use HVAC diagnostic tools and software Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication and customer service skills Basic math and computer skills Ability to lift equipment and work in confined spaces and extreme temperatures Join our team to be part of a fast-paced environment where your skills make a tangible impact! Pay:

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
