Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of commercial HVAC service experience and be comfortable troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of commercial HVAC systems. Chiller experience is a plus! Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related issues Service and repair commercial air conditioning and heating equipment Work with customers and provide professional, knowledgeable service Accurately document service work, repairs, and equipment conditions Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards Qualifications 4+ years of commercial HVAC service experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with commercial HVAC equipment and systems Chiller experience preferred, but not required Ability to read and understand HVAC wiring diagrams and schematics Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team EPA certification preferred/required Strong customer service and communication skills Compensation & Benefits $35-$45+ per hour DOE Opportunities for overtime Full-time, long-term opportunity Opportunities for growth and advancement Benefits package available Apply today if you're an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician looking for a great opportunity in the Phoenix market!
