Job:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment and systems. Service air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, rooftop units, VRF/VRV systems, water source heat pumps, AHUs, CRAC units, pumps, and piping systems. Perform preventative maintenance and service agreement work. Read and interpret complex mechanical and electrical schematics and blueprints. Coordinate project activities and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Communicate system status, findings, and recommendations with customers and internal stakeholders. Provide technical support, training, and guidance to service technicians. Maintain service vehicle, tools, equipment, and inventory. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Needed:

5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience. High School Diploma or

GED. EPA

Certification. Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and service procedures. Ability to work independently in the field. Strong customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Preferred:

Technical degree in HVAC, Mechanical Systems, or a related field. Experience with Siemens, Johnson Controls, Distech, or similar controls platforms. Previous experience mentoring or leading technicians.
