Benrich is a family business, established in 1962, providing commercial services in water heating, plumbing, water treatment and HVAC.

Job Opening:

Experienced HVAC Techincian/Installer Current open position pay rate: $28.00/hour to $40.00/hour depending on experience.

BENEFITS

Competitive Salary based on experience. Core Work period is Monday - Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm + some OT. Position is required to participate with other technicians on rotating On-Call schedule. Service Truck, Insurance and Fuel costs provided after completion of the training period (for Company Use Only). Flexible "Paid Time Off" (PTO) - range 96 hrs to 176 hrs each year, based on the service year. 9 Paid Holidays + Paid Birthday Off. Qualifications:

3-10 yrs. experience in Commercial HVAC mechanical piping, plumbing and sheet metal. Intuitive problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Excellent organization skills Solid knowledge of the construction process Valid CA State Driver's License / Good driving record Must be willing to work overtime/Saturdays as required to meet our demanding workload and schedule.
