We are looking for an experienced, motivated Lead HVAC Installer to join our team and grow with our company. This is more than an installation position. We are looking for a well-rounded HVAC professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, customer service, cleanliness, and getting the job done right the first time. The ideal candidate will also have the desire and ability to develop into a hybrid Lead Installer / Service Technician , with ongoing training and opportunities to expand their skill set. Compensation $27-$32 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and skill level. Experience Requirements 5-10+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred Strong installation experience with residential heating and air conditioning systems Experience leading installations and working independently Solid understanding of HVAC electrical, refrigerant, ductwork, airflow, and system commissioning Ability to read equipment specifications, wiring diagrams, and installation instructions EPA certification required Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills Willingness to continue learning and cross-train in residential service Lead Installer Responsibilities Lead residential HVAC change-outs and new installations Properly install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, package units, ductwork, thermostats, and related equipment Perform refrigerant recovery, evacuation, charging, and system commissioning Verify proper airflow, temperatures, pressures, electrical readings, and overall system operation Maintain a clean and organized jobsite throughout the installation Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain basic system operation Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Follow company installation procedures, safety standards, and applicable codes Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and jobsite materials Assist in training and developing less-experienced installers and helpers Hybrid Service Technician Training The right candidate will have the opportunity to cross-train as a residential service technician . We want our lead installers to become well-rounded HVAC professionals who can confidently perform both installation and service work.

Training may include:
