The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Auburn store. Coordinating and directing the day-to-day store operations to meet or exceed sales and margin targets by promoting sales and good customer service; maintaining adequate inventory levels and monitors purchases to control expenses. The Store Manager must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to perform a variety of duties to ensure smooth operations.Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the store, including opening, sales, and closing procedures. Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting walk-in customers, responding to inquiries, and providing expert guidance on products. Handle inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and restocking products. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company standards. Process sales transactions and maintain accurate financial records, including daily sales reporting and cash handling. Actively engage with the local community to promote the store and drive sales. Report to company leadership on sales performance, inventory levels, and operational needs. As sales increase, collaborate with leadership to hire and train additional staff.Qualifications:
3-5 years of retail management or store operation experience, preferably in the industrial gas, welding, or related industries. Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Experience with inventory management, POS systems, and basic financial reporting. Knowledge of safety procedures related to gas and welding supplies is a plus. Self-starter, comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.Benefits:
