Field Foreman Shift/Hours:
7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Position Overview Under direct supervision of the Lead Installer, an HVAC Retro Installer will assist in the change out, and installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in existing multi-Family Installations will be up to code and Villara's exceptional quality standards. Technical Responsibilities of the Job Install vents, duct work (metal and flex), plenum and registers in MF using hand and power tools according to code and established company procedures. Measure and cut sheet metal by using hand and power tools. Move materials from delivery area to installation area. Set and place forced air and A/C units. Assembles bags of pre-assembled air handling systems by taping, caulking and/or Panduit strapping at common attachment points according to plans. Wear floor savers while in the client's home and maintaining a neat work area when performing a repair or scheduled service. Clean up all debris on the job site and sweep up sawdust. Exercise caution when operating or using tools and equipment and follow safety procedures. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Management. Leadership Responsibilities Self-leadership capabilities - the ability to lead yourself to meet your goals and those of the company Ability to lead from within the team, and to offer assistance and guidance to other team members Lead in the development of your own career with the assistance of the Skills Matrix and Dozuki Standard Work App Training/Certification Prior HVAC Retro experience EPA Certification is a plus. Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Working conditions and management style: Subject to adverse weather conditions - extreme heat and cold Job sites can be loud and dusty Able to use basic hand tools and power tools. Must be able to ascend ladders to heights of eight feet or higher, and descend ladders, scaffolding, stairs and inclined surfaces. Able to work in high areas including rafters and roofs. Able to exert physical strength necessary to move objects weighing eighty plus pounds from one level to another. Ability to work more than 40 hours per work week and up to 12 hours per day.

Pay:
$20.80 - $31.00 per hour
