What You'll Be Doing Installing HVAC systems in new residential construction builds Running light commercial installs — rooftop units, package units, commercial ductwork, and system layouts in small commercial spaces Reading blueprints and specs for both residential and commercial jobs and executing them right the first time Working alongside builders, GCs, and site supervisors to keep both residential and commercial projects on schedule Adapting on the fly between residential and commercial job requirements — different codes, different equipment, same standard of excellence Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe Solving problems in the field when installs don't go exactly to plan What You Bring 3-5 years of hands-on HVAC install experience Solid background in residential new construction Real, hands-on light commercial install experience — not just familiarity — comfortable working commercial equipment and systems, not just residential Understanding of both residential and commercial codes and safety practices Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Can lift 50+ lbs and don't mind working outside in the elements EPA certification is a plus but not a dealbreaker Why Commercial Experience Matters Here We're not just building houses — we're building a company that can handle any job that comes through the door, residential or commercial.
