Compensation:

$80,000-$210,000 annually, depending on experience and performance What Will You Do? As a residential HVAC Service Technician at Big Air, you'll be out in the field each day diagnosing problems, completing repairs, and building real relationships with the customers you serve.

Your day-to-day will include:

Performing repair and maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems Diagnosing issues across a variety of HVAC systems, calibrating equipment to manufacturer specifications, and walking customers through your findings and recommended solutions Inspecting and testing residential HVAC systems to verify compliance with plan and specification standards Replacing duct work and providing Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions Traveling to job sites in the service area and coordinating with dispatch to keep your schedule on track Keeping your company vehicle properly stocked with the tools, parts, and safety equipment you need Identifying opportunities to consult customers on upgrades, new systems, or additional services Other duties may be assigned based on the needs of the Company. What We're Looking For Here's what a strong fit looks like: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with residential HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair and maintenance Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record High school diploma or equivalent Solid understanding of duct replacement and IAQ solutions EPA Certification required; NATE Certification is a plus A genuine commitment to customer service Ability to work independently and stay accountable without needing constant direction Ability to lift up to 50 pounds What's In It For You?
