Responsibilities:

Lead residential HVAC system installations Perform equipment repairs and replacement of parts Execute routine preventative maintenance Ensure jobs are completed to code and company standards Mentor and guide installation team members in the field Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with customers Present new products and customer solutions Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience (required) Lead installer experience managing or directing crews (required) Strong customer service and communication skills Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with minimal DMV infractions Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
