In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing a wide range of HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment while providing essential services that improve indoor comfort and safety. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems including refrigeration, boilers, air conditioning units, electrical systems, and building automation systems using schematics, electrical diagnostics tools, and mechanical knowledge. Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC equipment such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, valves, and control systems to ensure reliable operation. Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems to identify issues early and prevent system failures. Utilize hand tools, welding equipment, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic instruments to repair or replace faulty parts efficiently. Communicate clearly with clients regarding system status, repair procedures, and maintenance recommendations to enhance customer service experience. Maintain detailed service records including inspection reports, repair logs, schematics updates, and parts used for each job. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC service technician or in a similar field service role with construction or property maintenance background. Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems including electrical diagnostics and equipment troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and building automation system layouts. Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair, installation, maintenance procedures, and plumbing connections. Knowledge of refrigeration systems Familiarity with electrical systems including wiring repairs and electrical diagnostics; EPA certification required for refrigerant handling. Proficiency with hand tools, welding equipment, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic instruments necessary for equipment repair. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
