About the Role As a Residential and Commercial HVAC Installation Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring climate control systems operate at peak efficiency. You will be responsible for executing high-quality equipment setups, optimizing system performance, and delivering comfort solutions that directly impact our clients' daily living and working environments. Responsibilities Execute precise installations of heating and cooling equipment, including heat pumps, gas furnaces, and rooftop units, to meet manufacturer standards. Design and implement efficient ductwork systems, utilizing both flex and sheet metal, to maximize airflow and energy performance. Perform expert-level brazing and soldering of refrigerant lines to ensure system integrity and longevity. Manage high and low voltage electrical wiring for complex HVAC systems to ensure safe and reliable operation. Conduct accurate pre-job site measurements to streamline material procurement and project timelines. Collaborate with the installation team to ensure project milestones are met with a focus on quality craftsmanship. Document system performance readings and project details to maintain accurate service records. Qualifications Required Skills 3+ years of professional experience in HVAC system installation. Demonstrated proficiency with heat pumps, air handlers, and electrical circuitry. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to lift up to 100 lbs safely. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to high-quality customer service. Preferred Skills EPA Certification for refrigerant handling. Prior experience with insulation installation. High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
