Full Job Description Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs
- Conduct inspections of HVAC systems and identify areas for improvement or repair
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects and ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Familiarity with air conditioning, refrigeration, and appliance repair
- Experience in property maintenance or field service is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities
- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
