Full Job Description Duties:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs
• Conduct inspections of HVAC systems and identify areas for improvement or repair
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects and ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
• Familiarity with air conditioning, refrigeration, and appliance repair
• Experience in property maintenance or field service is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities
• Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
