$20.00-$50.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level Join Our Team We are looking for a dependable, HVAC Technician and Installers at all levels to join our team in Escondido. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, treats customers well, and is comfortable diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and installing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. What You'll Do Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and air conditioning systems Perform HVAC service, repairs, and preventative maintenance Install and replace HVAC equipment and components Identify system issues and recommend appropriate repairs or solutions Perform system inspections and verify proper operation Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Complete accurate service documentation and record materials used Work independently in the field while communicating with the office and other technicians Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area Follow company procedures and all applicable safety requirements What We're Looking For Knowledge of residential heating and air conditioning systems Experience with HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field Professional and customer-focused attitude Dependable and punctual Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of HVAC field work Compensation $20.00-$50.00 per hour Compensation is based on HVAC experience, technical ability, diagnostic skills, and overall qualifications.
