We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support a large-scale commercial/industrial construction project in Fremont, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with HVAC installation, service, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Perform HVAC equipment installation, startup, testing, and system adjustments. Install and connect ductwork, piping, controls, and related HVAC components. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and complete necessary repairs. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and HVAC plans. Perform preventive maintenance and verify proper system operation. Coordinate with other trades to maintain construction schedules and jobsite safety. Follow applicable codes, specifications, and company safety procedures.

Qualifications:

3+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred. EPA certification preferred. Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced construction environment. Must be able to pass required pre-employment screening.
