Join our dynamic team as a Junior HVAC Installer! Cold Cloud Mechanical installs residential and light commercial systems across Los Angeles County. Daikin PRO Partner . We are hiring a junior installer to work under a lead.

Requirements:

1. 1+ year on residential installs. You know how a changeout runs from start to finish. 2. Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, gauges, vacuum pump, recovery machine. 3. Able to run duct, hang equipment, pull and prep line sets, and set up the site without being walked through it. 4. Keep the site clean — drop cloths down, debris out, floors and walls protected. 5. Valid CA driver's license. EPA 608 helps; if you do not have it, we pay for it.

Pay and conditions:

1. $25-30/hr W-2 depending on experience. Overtime at 1.5x. 2. Rate review at 90 days. 3. Tools supplied, or a tool allowance if you use your own. 4. Daikin factory training at our cost.
