HVAC Lead Installer
LEAD HVAC INSTALLER NEEDED, MUST BE EXPERIENCED, HAVE MOST TOOLS, BE ACCOUNTABLE, ABLE TO WORK SATURDAY'S, DRIVE VAN HOME, YEAR ROUND FULL TIME WORK, ABLE TO DO CHANGE OUT'S, SPLIT & PACKAGE UNITS, CUT IN'S, PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE, ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES, PERFORMANCE PAY AVAILABLE, WILL TRAIN, ONGOING TRAINING, STEADY 40+ HOURS A WEEK.
Lead and coordinate HVAC installation projects, including ductwork, air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and related mechanical components. Read and interpret detailed schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to ensure precise installation. Supervise and mentor installation team members, assigning tasks effectively to meet project deadlines. Ensure all installations adhere to safety protocols, building codes, and industry standards. Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on HVAC systems during installation to ensure proper operation before project completion. Conduct equipment repair, welding, and maintenance tasks as needed during installations or service calls. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including service reports, schematic updates, and compliance records. Minimum of four years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer or in a similar supervisory role within the construction or mechanical trades. Proficiency in reading schematics and HVAC design plans with the ability to translate technical drawings into real-world installations. Field service experience involving air conditioning systems, property maintenance, equipment repair is a plus. Familiarity with the use of tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting and testing. Experience working with refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration is highly desirable. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
