We take pride in quality workmanship, honest service, and treating our customers right. We're growing and looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join the team. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems Clearly explain system issues and recommendations to customers, and confidently present repair/replacement/maintenance options Complete accurate documentation for every job — invoices, estimates, photos, notes Represent AirStars professionally on every call, keeping job sites clean and organized What We're Looking For Experienced HVAC technician Good at sales — comfortable explaining options and closing on repairs, replacements, and maintenance plans without being pushy Proactive and a self-starter — takes initiative, doesn't need to be micromanaged Proficient in English — clear communication with customers and office staff Personable — friendly and professional with customers and teammates Integrity — honest and reliable, does the job right every time Valid driver's license, clean driving record Compensation $28-$38/hour, depending on experience, plus opportunities for growth with an established, locally trusted company.
