We are looking for experienced, dependable HVAC professionals who can work independently, communicate effectively, and take pride in their work.

Service Technician Qualifications:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment Experience with Package Units, Rooftop Units, Split Systems, Heat Pumps, Furnaces, Compressors, and Controls Diagnose equipment issues and make repair recommendations Complete paperwork and accurately document work performed on each job Communicate effectively with customers, office dispatchers, and the Service Manager Work independently in the field Requirements for

Position:

5+ years of commercial HVAC experience - A MUST Universal EPA Certification Safe, experienced driver with a clean and valid driving record Own set of basic hand tools Professional demeanor, dependable, and strong work ethic Effective communication skills Ability to lift and move heavy equipment Ability to work independently and coordinate with the office, dispatcher, Service Manager, and other team members Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and on-call when required
