$50
  • 60 an hour based on experience, paid on task pay for completed work
  • with a guaranteed floor: you never earn less than $40/hr for the week. Monday-Friday, no on-call, year-round employment

We're hiring an experienced residential installer who can run full system changeouts to a standard worth photographing
  • and who wants a shop that treats installers as craftsmen, not muscle.
HOW OUR PAY WORKS
  • $50•60/hr based on experience, earned through task pay on completed work•efficient, quality installers control their own number.
  • Guaranteed floor: never less than $40/hr for the week, regardless of how the schedule breaks. Not a draw you owe back

  • Paid lead turnovers: spot a system that's due for replacement on any job, turn it over, and earn a commission when it sells.

Straight talk:
winter weeks can run lighter, like anywhere in this trade. Our utility program pipeline and service-to-install flow keep the board fuller than most shops, and the $40/hr floor holds either way.
  • Monday-Friday with overtime available

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Execute residential installs end to end: furnace and AC changeouts, heat pumps, air handlers, ductwork, and IAQ add-ons
  • to spec, to code, on schedule.
  • Lead the job site: quality, cleanliness, safety, and a walkthrough that leaves the homeowner confident.
  • Train and be a role model for apprentices on your crew.
  • Educate customers on their new system's operation and care.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, including running installs yourself (changeouts start to finish).
  • EPA 608 certification.
  • Valid CA driver's license with a clean record.
  • Able to pass a background check; comfortable with attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
  • Working knowledge of CA code requirements (Title 24, HERS testing coordination a plus).
