This position is ONLY for experienced Residential HVAC Installers with 5+ years of hands-on installation experience . If you do not meet this requirement, please do not apply. Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Installer for immediate work in Los Angeles. This role requires strong hands-on experience in residential system installations, including split systems, ductwork, and full system setups. Only candidates with solid field experience will be considered. Install heating and air conditioning systems Work on rooftop units, split systems, and ductless units Assist with duct installation (flex, sheet metal, spiral) Support system setup, testing, and basic troubleshooting Handle materials, tools, and job site tasks Follow instructions from supervisors and project leads Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems (split systems, ductless, package units) Complete full system installations independently Handle ductwork (flexible, sheet metal) Perform copper brazing, vacuuming, and refrigerant charging Install and configure thermostats Ensure clean and code-compliant installations Positions Available HVAC Helpers HVAC Installers / Technicians Lead / Foreman roles (for experienced candidates) What We Offer Competitive pay ($25- 35/hour depending on experience) Immediate start opportunities Consistent work schedule Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth Schedule Full-time work Monday to Friday + optional overtime
