We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You'll be the face of the company in the field, providing reliable solutions and ensuring every customer receives professional, high-quality service. We specialize in delivering total indoor comfort to residential and commercial clients across Riverside, Orange, and San Diego Counties. Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to identify the root cause of malfunctions and recommend effective solutions. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and identify potential problems before they escalate. Install, repair, or replace components, such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and ductwork. Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules, prioritize service calls, and efficiently complete assignments. Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns, explaining repair options, and providing recommendations for system improvements. Accurately document service activities, including equipment status, repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. Stay updated on industry advancements, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a Residential Service HVAC Technician or similar role. Valid HVAC technician license/certification. Strong technical skills and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems. Solid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and workload. Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
