We are looking to bring on a HVAC Service Technician to our team. The primary duties of a Service Technician are to perform maintenance checks and services for HVAC systems. Troubleshooting various residential systems and diagnosing repair options. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system before and after the service has been performed. We are looking for both an experienced and entry level technicians. Paid training is included.
