This position focuses on converting service opportunities into repair or replacement sales while delivering a strong customer experience in the home. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Run service demand calls and evaluate HVAC system performance Diagnose HVAC systems and identify repair or replacement opportunities Work higher-value PMA (maintenance agreement) calls on older systems (typically 5-10+ years) Maintain a professional, consultative approach with customers Generate revenue through service calls rather than estimate-only leads Coordinate with dispatch and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience Present solutions and close sales in the home Qualifications 2-3 years HVAC experience required Strong diagnostic and system knowledge Sales experience Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers Demonstrated ability or desire to succeed in a sales-driven role Valid driver's license with a clean record Physical requirements Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in confined spaces and residential environments. Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders as required. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
