Our work is primarily commercial, industrial, service and installation of 2-40 ton HVAC units, VRF systems, retail space, and light residential. Service experience should consist of the ability to; Perform PM services Troubleshoot HVAC equipment Repair HVAC equipment. Compressor and motor change-outs. Recover refrigerant and charge systems. Equipment startup. Communicate with customers We will provide the following to the right candidate. Company vehicle, uniforms, bonuses, healthcare benefits, retirement program, and paid time off.

Job Type:

Full-time Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC technician or service technician with strong Refrigeration and HVAC knowledge Familiarity with VRF systems, compressors, refrigerant recovery, and refrigeration component replacement Skills in mechanical troubleshooting, electrical schematics, and equipment repair; basic plumbing and HVAC design understanding Field service experience, exceptional customer communication, and ability to install, maintain, and service HVAC/R equipment Valid driver's license; ability to operate a van and travel to sites as needed Basic tools, ohmmeter use, and safety/compliance awareness; ability to read blueprints and schematics
