Job Description
Bell Bros is seeking an HVAC Install Lead Technician to oversee residential installs across the Sacramento region. In this role, you'll lead a small crew, perform change-outs and new system installations, verify proper sizing and airflow, and ensure code-compliant, high-quality workmanship. You'll diagnose installation issues, commission equipment, and educate homeowners on operation and maintenance. You'll also coordinate with dispatch, complete accurate job documentation, and model Bell Bros' customer-first culture by treating every home with care, safety, and professionalism.
