HVAC Lead Installer AMHSI | Competitive Pay | Full-Time AMHSI is looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team! If you take pride in your work, have strong leadership skills, and are committed to delivering quality installations, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:
- Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations
- Train and mentor installation team members
- Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
- Ensure installations meet code and company standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- HVAC installation experience required
- Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift equipment over 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- EPA Certification preferred
