As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for selling, setting up install crew, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. - Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils and replacing filters
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems
- Repair or replace defective parts or components
- Conduct performance tests to ensure proper functioning of systems
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
- Keep accurate records of work performed
- Provide excellent customer service
Comp Plan:
Hourly base pay ranging starting at 20 per hour plus repair and replacement bonuses Over time blended bonus aswell for all overtime doneExperience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with a variety of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and boilers
- Proficient in equipment repair and maintenance
- Knowledge of Ammonia refrigeration is a plus
- Experience with appliance repair is beneficial
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- EPA certification for handling refrigerants (Type I and II)
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces
- Excellent problem-solving skills
