As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for selling, setting up install crew, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Duties:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils and replacing filters
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems
• Repair or replace defective parts or components
• Conduct performance tests to ensure proper functioning of systems
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
• Keep accurate records of work performed
• Provide excellent customer service

Comp Plan:

Hourly base pay ranging starting at 20 per hour plus repair and replacement bonuses Over time blended bonus aswell for all overtime done

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with a variety of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and boilers
• Proficient in equipment repair and maintenance
• Knowledge of Ammonia refrigeration is a plus
• Experience with appliance repair is beneficial

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants (Type I and II)
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces
• Excellent problem-solving skills
