April 2026 Employee will perform the following job duties. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and evaluate HVAC systems to identify customer needs and system deficiencies Perform service, maintenance, and minor repairs in accordance with company standards Present clear, accurate, and professional solutions to customers, including repair and replacement options Accurately document all service activities, estimates, and customer interactions in company systems Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including revenue targets, close rates, and average ticket value

Requirements:

Qualifications & Personal Attributes:

Minimum of 2+ years of HVAC service or installation experience preferred Demonstrated ability or willingness to develop strong sales skills in a service environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass background check and any required pre-employment screenings in accordance with applicable laws Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Basic computer proficiency, including mobile applications, CRM systems, and dispatch software Ability to accurately document service calls, estimates, and customer interactions Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in the field Professional appearance and demeanor Self-motivated with accountability for individual performance metrics Commitment to ongoing training and professional development A.
