The Role We're looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Field Supervisor who's ready to lead. You'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader for our field team—someone who can troubleshoot complex systems, develop younger techs, and help us maintain the quality our clients expect as we scale. This role has a clear path to Service Manager and beyond for the right person. What You'll Do Lead and support field technicians on commercial HVAC service and installation projects Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC systems Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across all jobs Coordinate with operations and clients to keep projects on track Coach and develop junior technicians into skilled professionals Help build the processes and culture that will carry us to $100M What You Bring 5+ years in commercial HVAC service or installation required Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Leadership experience—or a genuine hunger to step into it Solid communication skills with clients and crew alike Pride in your craft and your reputation A growth mindset—you want more for yourself and your career
