We pride ourselves on a reputation built on quality workmanship, reliability, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a highly skilled and professional HVAC Service Technician to join our dedicated team. We ask that candidates have at least 10 years experience in the HVAC field. Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install a wide range of HVAC systems, including residential split systems, ductless mini-splits, make up air units and rooftop package units. Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance on residential and commercial equipment. Assist in the training of junior technicians. Clearly and professionally communicate diagnostic findings, repair options, and system status to clients. Maintain accurate and detailed service records, photographs, and documentation for every job. Assist with new HVAC system installations, following design specs and making sure everything meets local codes and safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and a professional personal appearance.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
A minimum of 10 years of verifiable, hands-on experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC required. EPA Universal Certification. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must possess a personal set of hand tools. High school diploma or GED. Proven ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics. Applicants may be asked to complete a technical skills assessment during the interview process. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in various physical conditions, including climbing ladders, accessing crawl spaces, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
