Overview Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for helping keep the property running efficiently . Your expertise will keep our equipment running efficiently, enhance safety standards, and support our commitment to excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment where proactive maintenance and customer service are at the forefront. Duties Diagnose and repair Air conditioners Conduct troubleshooting using schematics and technical diagrams to identify faults quickly and accurately. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational standards. Collaborate with team members to lead small maintenance projects or assist with construction-related tasks when required. Prepare units for move in ranging from minor repairs to remodels Plumbing and electrical knowledge a plus Requirements HVAC Certified Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC & appliance technology for effective troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with , air conditioning units. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in maintenance, repair, and operations. Ability to operate construction tools and equipment safely; construction experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical team members or clients. Leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
