Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are currently seeking experienced Commercial Air Conditioning Installers and Foreman to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for installing all types of air conditioning systems, duct work and other mechanical equipment commercial buildings. Your mechanical knowledge and expertise will be crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of these systems and the completion of the projects.Duties:
- To be punctual and have a clean appearance in the company provided uniform.
- To be safety minded and always wear hard hat and other PPE. The company will provide company hard hat and vest with the company logo as all other necessary PPE.
- To adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the contractor.
- To record daily times on the time card, list notes and read the schedule on the app provided on the company phone.
- To install all types of mechanical equipment on commercial and industrial spaces. Primarily in mid and high rise office spaces.
- To read the plans and perform the duties set forth by the foreman.
- To clean up the work area at the end of each day.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Air Conditioning Installer
- Ability to install all types of commercial mechanical equipment.
- Have the tools necessary to perform the duties of a commercial air conditioning installer.
- Ability to maintain a clean work environment and clean appearance.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
