What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Travel to scheduled customer appointments in a company-provided vehicle. Inspect HVAC systems for safety, efficiency, and proper operation. Clearly explain repair and replacement options to customers. Prepare repair and replacement estimates. Recommend maintenance agreements when appropriate. Maintain accurate service records and inventory. Deliver the five-star customer experience our customers have come to expect. What We're Looking For HVAC service experience preferred. Completion of an HVAC training program or apprenticeship. EPA Certification required. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently and manage your schedule. Professional appearance and quality workmanship. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
