You will be responsible for installing large heating and air conditioning systems to company standards while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities Ensure jobs are properly staged; sign off on job quality checklist. Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried site. Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high quality installations. Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets. Competencies for Success Universal EPA Certification and other State Licenses/Certifications with knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes. Develop proven track record in heating and cooling systems including ability to draw simple diagrams, read blue prints and other diagrams. Must have own HVAC tools Valid Driver's License & clean driving record Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Strong verbal and written communications. High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections. Ability to lift 50 lbs., safely climb and balance on a ladder, and work in elevated/high locations Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Good customer relations and interpersonal skills A 'self-starter' attitude and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner Ability to use required technology for the position (training provided) Ability to stay on task with minimal to no supervision Ability to pass a background check & drug screen This position has a lot of travel in CA state and some out of state. Need to be able to potentially be away from home for 10+ days at a time.
