This role goes beyond standard ductwork hanging. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in basic electrical wiring, water/drain line plumbing, and system startup procedures. If you have the basic skills and want to master high-end equipment commissioning, this is the perfect career move.
What You'll Do System Startups:
Test airflows, check voltages, and bring new systems to life.
Electrical Work:
Wire up thermostats, control boards, and power connections safely.
Plumbing:
Install leak-free condensate drains and water lines.
Ductwork:
Help fabricate, hang, and seal sheet metal and flex ducts.
What You Bring Experience:
1-3 years in HVAC install with basic electrical and plumbing skills.
Brainpower:
Ability to read schematics and equipment manuals.
Credentials:
Valid Driver's License (clean record) and EPA 608 (or get it in 60 days).
Fitness:
Able to lift 50 lbs and work comfortably in crawl spaces or attics.
Pay:
Up to $45.00 per hour
