Job Description

Become a Key Player as an HVAC/Refrigeration Technician You will maintain and repair commercial and industrial HVAC/R equipment to keep facilities running smoothly. You will work independently in the field, interact directly with customers to review work and quotes, and help the team identify preventative maintenance opportunities and larger-system issues. Onsite (field-based) role in San Francisco, CA. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Perform service and preventative maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC/R equipment Diagnose equipment problems and determine root causes Complete repairs and troubleshoot larger commercial systems (including 20-40 ton units) Communicate directly with customers about work performed and review recommended repairs/quotes Identify preventative maintenance opportunities and potential equipment issues before they escalate Build ongoing customer relationships and identify additional service needs Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role At least 1 year of HVAC/R experience EPA Universal Certification Valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug screening High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience Here's What Else Might Help You Out Commercial or industrial HVAC/R experience (preferred) Electrical and mechanical knowledge Ability to read schematics and drawings HVAC/R technical schooling or additional certifications Pay Range $33.80 - $42.25/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
