You will be responsible for installing new/replacement equipment and providing excellent customer service to residential and commercial heating and air conditioning. Responsibilities The job duties below include, but are not limited to: Lead the installation of HVAC equipment including furnaces, heat pumps, condensers, air handlers, mini-splits, ductwork, thermostats, and ventilation systems. Inspect job sites, review project plans, and ensure materials and equipment are prepared before installation Train, guide and supervise install helpers, delegating tasks and ensuring proper workmanship Communicate with customers regarding installation progress, system operation, and maintenance requirements Perform start-ups, testing, and system commissioning to verify correct operation Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues on-site Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer guidelines Maintain accurate documentation of installations, materials used, and project notes Collaborate with office staff, estimators, and project managers for scheduling and workflow Ensure job sites are clean, safe and organized Requirements 3-5 years of HVAC Installation experience Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, electrical components, and airflow principles Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals EPA Certification Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions Excellent communication and customer service skills Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship.
