Job Overview:

The Aurians is seeking a dependable and skilled HVAC Technician to perform service, repair, and installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This role is ideal for a technician with strong diagnostic ability who also has hands-on installation experience and takes pride in delivering high-quality work and professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems Install HVAC systems including split systems, condensers, air handlers, and heat pumps Replace components such as compressors, motors, capacitors, and control boards Troubleshoot split systems, heat pumps, and light commercial units (≤5 tons) Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, repair options, and installations Complete service tickets, installation reports, and notes accurately Maintain clean, safe, and professional work practices

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of HVAC service experience (installation experience required) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with residential and light commercial systems Ability to perform full system installations and equipment replacements EPA Certification (required) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Professional attitude and strong customer service skills Ability to work independently in the field
