Job Description

Responsibilities:
Conduct maintenance and repair of the customer equipment (HVAC and electrical) installed by Fuse; Determine condition of equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine needed repairs; Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects; Evaluate customer requests and provide work order descriptions and price projects; Manage and resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely manner; communicate and document progress to customer and relevant employees; Work with CRM ServiceTitan; Follow established processes and procedures; Operate with safety as a primary concern for self and customer.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of HVAC systems and their internal functioning Knowledge and ability to use tools and equipment necessary for HVAC maintenance 1 + years' experience in HVAC maintenance Good driving record and valid driver license as needed Valid work permit Good level of physical fitness Ability to follow instructions Good communication skills English language as needed We offer: W-2 employment Full-time work Hourly payment - 27$/hour
