Full Job Description Job Overview Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing installation projects, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring all HVAC systems are installed efficiently, safely, and up to company and industry standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise HVAC installation projects from start to finish Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and/or commercial settings Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards Train, mentor, and support junior installers and team members Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise Maintain job site cleanliness and organization Complete all required documentation accurately and on time
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Lead HVAC Installer Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and tools Clean driving record (valid driver's license required) Clean criminal background Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Clear and professional communication skills Preferred (Bonus)
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
EPA Certification Pay:
$29.00 - $42.00 per hour
